Viktoria Krzywanski attends to my request very effectively and is extremely helpful. I receive excellent service from her and will recommend her to anyone. She is really an asset to ***ron. Keep up the good work and service. I can recommend this company through their excellent service.

***ron is the essence of poor service
It is always a proper pain in the behind dealing with ***ron. Poor service, poor communication, slow communication, no communication, rude, inconsistent. If I could get my medication elsewhere I would not hesitate a second. I detest dealing with ***ron.

Bad service
Been dealing with this company for a long time - it's a never ending headache of them not receiving my script when it has been faxed by the doctor and continually telling me I haven't paid when I have. Seems a case of one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing. They are rude and abrupt on the phone and also at the collections in Northcliffe. Unfortunately I'm not able to get my meds anywhere else - if I could I certainly would.

Bad service

All rounder Royal Treatment and Premier Service in Soutg Africa
***ron Pharmacy Johannesburg is hands down the best pharmaceutical company in the South Africa and I say that shouting from the highest peak in the world metaphorically. Michal and the management have been amazing, kind, patient, generous with their time and resources answering all my never ending questions and understanding my specific concerns. Their turnaround time is beyond snappy especially considering the fact that they make sophisticated and specific compound medications per individual patient. I experienced a little hitch when I first contacted ***ron Pharmacy Johannesburg but that got resolved promptly. It took me a while to make them aware of the issue because I'm not quick to make a judgment until I've broken it apart to granular level, done multiple iterations before rebuilding the scenario. To date nobody comes close to what these scientists do, even SAB with their 365 production process lags behind. I was so absorbed and lazer focused on my specific compound the entire time that I did not take the time to explore their services until I was writing this review and I can confirm that they've gained a loyal customer. Also because I trust my treating physician, there's never an ounce of doubt on his judgement where I'm concerned, which is a rare find in the medical world.***ron Pharmacy was the ultimate dream collaborative approach, team and experience around; and probably the best in the world!!

Bad delivery
The worst delivery of all time No communication and I lost a full day work. After calling them they tolde that the delivery will happen thay day, and nothing The next day we were told that they don't deliver to my area even though they did deliver the previous month... After asking for answers and refund of my delivery fee, they still give sop story... Worst ever

Went the extra mile with specially compounded medication. We were not sure if the couriers would be allowed to make the delivery before lock-down but were very pleasantly surprised to find ***ron had taken it upon themselves to personally deliver the medication, which arrived at 16h00 on the eve of lock-down

Excellent Service at ***ron
I've been using ***ron (previously Rausa-Kem) for about seven years now to fulfil a script from my physician - they are the only pharmacy in the country that makes this specialised medication. The staff at ***ron are always helpful and when you e-mail or call them to fill your script they send you your invoice that day and once they've received your proof of payment you will receive your medication via courier within about two business days (if you live in Cape Town you can collect it yourself, however the courier charge is minimal). The pharmacy always e-mails its clients about any holiday closing dates to make sure that you order enough medication to cover the period in which they are closed (this is only annually around Christmas). I'm happy to say that I've received good service from ***ron for seven consecutive years - thank you! #BlackFriday
