If weaponized incompetence and service failure was a KPI, this bank would have won first place. I have had numerous, recurring, unreasonable and endless issues with FNB ever since getting a combined account with them. The latest issue is a matter of a VISA credit chargeback that fnb fails to address competently and with comprehension. And the best of this? I've had the private clients package for years, but don't get a private clients service and don't have a private banker. I read a comment about fnb's incompetence driving them to death. I can totally relate. If you want to hate life and be undermined in every financial aspect of it, bank with fnb.
I reached out to samsung through no less than 5 different means, and they were all incapable of answering what a specific yet basic cost for battery replacement is. They deploy predatory practices to trick and exploit consumers, instead of providing the necessary service and answers
The agent dealt with in the Pretoria area was unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They wilfully presented false adverti*****ts and then ignore you when you call out their *****ulent activities.
AVOID THIS SERVICE. Since I used it for my first time to make a R21k purchase, float has taken R69 000 from my card, forced me to reimburse the missing funds out of pocket, caused some funds to disappear and ultimate has cost me R110 000 and counting, excluding interest lost. When I reached out to them, they showed the most ******** service experience and incompetence through copy pasting irrelevant nonsense. After 25 odd emails, NO progress was made whatsoever. It has been nightmarish dealing with this excuse of a service provider!
Have been struggling with them for years. Service has been lacking, demands ignored, requests carried out incorrectly, unmerited ************** in feedback... The experience has been shockingly poor.
I've experienced Investec as utterly hypocritical, claiming customer service as their strength, yet failing dismally at it. I've been trying to get Investec to quote for a personal account, a business account, and several properties in financing. They were given the directives up to and including 10 December. Here we are, 17 days later, having made absolutely no progress that we know of, and had my and my agents communications ignored. My experience has been nothing less of disgusting, unprofessional, distasteful and unreasonably insufficient and poor. One cannot operate personal or business finances when parties are delinquent. Unless you like your finances to be inaccessible and unmanageable, or your personal and business activities to be enormously delayed and potentially even prejudiced, rather shop on, this is not the place for your desires.
The place seems to have rotten corporate culture. Their service is slow, full of mistakes and poor. They constantly make mistakes on my quotes, which takes ages to get them to correct. Speaking to different salespeople results in the same poor service.
This review is an update from a previous review: Eventually got a response from the company head office. I would revise the review to 4 stars if possible, with 1 subtracted due to the admin effort and delay in getting feedback. Previous review was 1 stars and never rep**** to.
Garbage company with garbage staff with non-existent service. The company culture seems to advocate and do anything that goes against customer service and ethics. Truly a despicable bunch of the dregs of society.
Non-responsive after several days of waiting after submission of a web form to request assistance with a product discovered to be faulty, purchased 4 months ago.
