PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE LOWER
I'm writing to express my frustration with your Pumps and Irrigation branch. The noise level in your store was absolutely *unbearable*, making it impossible for me to focus on what I needed to do. The staff members on the counter were shouting and screaming over each other, showing zero regard for other customers. Their behaviour has showed a lack of maintaining a professional environment. The young gentleman helping me couldn't even hear me because of the noise. What's even more concerning is the lack of management presence. I asked to speak with a manager and not a single one was there, which explains the chaos. I expect a certain level of customer service and professional environment. This was not it. I'm shocked and disappointed that a store like yours was so chaotic. I hope you take action to address this issue addressing staff training and management presence.

poor customer service
My recent experience with this company is so disappointing,at first everything seemed amazing until 2 weeks back when they had to deliver the remaining order,I've been treated like an idiot,I also requested for the manager to no avail, showing that my concern was not taken seriously,I very much dissatisfied with the customer service,my work is stuck since last week, I've been calling every day only getting empty promises.

poor customer service

Ek is n groot klient vir 8 jaar by die Kimberly tak. Die laaste jaar het hulle diens en houding baie versuur. Ons het nou onlangs n kwotasie op items asngevra. Die prys is per epos aan ons gestuur. Die bestelling met die prys is asn hulle gestuur. Met aflewering sien ons dat dit nie die regte produk is nie en stuur dit terug. By navraag laat weet hulle dat die verkoopsdame op die verkeerde items geprys het en dat die items eintlik dubbel die prys is. Nou weier hulle om hulle fout te erken. On die verlede ook al drama gehad oor my rekening en selfs as jy met die bestuurder praat gebeur niks.

Bad service.
I bought a pump and a control box from Stewarts and lloyds Edenvale. The control box was faulty, Stewart's and lloyds came to my house and removed the box and fixed it and reinstall it. When they reinstall it they switched the cables and the pump burned out. Now they dont want to give me a new pump as the pump is out of warranty. Were there people reinstall the box wrong

Bad service.
I bought a pump and a control box from Stewarts and lloyds Edenvale. The control box was faulty, Stewart's and lloyds came to my house and removed the box and fixed it and reinstall it. When they reinstall it they switched the cables and the pump burned out. Now they dont want to give me a new pump as the pump is out of warranty. Were there people reinstall the box wrong

Toxic work environments
My wife works for this company and I see how depressed she is when she comes home late at night. They don't get payed for overtime. The manager surgio make her life hell working here unfairly treatment and I hearing the stories I'm sure this manager in incompitant. I As a manager myself can tell you this man does not belong in this position. Tomas greyham doesn't the owner don't even have the leadership skills to deal with this matter but only bully with threats to be fired weekly.

Unhappy customer.
Will think twice about doing business with Steward and Lloyd. Returned an item as i bought one to many. In its original packaging and within 3 days and they charge a handling fee of 15%. Totally against the CPA. Why are businesses allowed to get away with such ripping the customer off practices. Very unhappy customer.

It's so hurting to work at stewarts and Lloyd's drivers from that company they drive long distance and sleep in truck without bed yet they don't get traveling allowance only food money then after they slips as a prove that you did bought food. They work on holidays and Saturday for free, there's no overtime. With they salary the can even afford a house or car basical it's from hand to mouth once they takeout money for transport it's done. Is that fear?

Stewarts and lloyds Nelspruit bad service
I bought a submersible pump from stewards and lloyds Nelspruit and it stopped working in less than a month and they are refusing to replace it or fix it even though it is still under warranty. I do not recommend this company at all.
