poor customer service
My recent experience with this company is so disappointing,at first everything seemed amazing until 2 weeks back when they had to deliver the remaining order,I've been treated like an idiot,I also requested for the manager to no avail, showing that my concern was not taken seriously,I very much dissatisfied with the customer service,my work is stuck since last week, I've been calling every day only getting empty promises.

Poor servicy
This company does not care about their clients,you raise your concerns with their relevant department,you get no feedback,I regret the day I entrusted them with my funds.It is so frustrating to be unable to get your funds due some ******** individuals who claim to be working for a reputable company but doesn't have the interest of their clients at heart.

Unhappy client
I'm very disappointed with the treatment I'm receiving from nbc, first it's a struggle to connect with them,secondly you'll be promised to be called back you end up being the one who is calling, this guys don't answer their direct lines,I was promised that my matter will be prioritised but I feel I'm been neglected

Unfair billing
I gave rain back their router,they said my account is cleared but now they send me message to pay R499 for what because I don't even have their router, please stop what you are doing

Bad service
For two years now requesting them to unsubscribe my services and collect their router because im no longer using it but to no success, they keep billing when I call they tell me that my query is been sent to the support team, very much dissatisfied

Useless gambling app
Useless gambling apps, makes you wait and wait to withdraw your winnings so you can play again and loose all of it,other apps have immediate withdrawals but this one is a **** , won't recommend it to anyone, please stay away from this one
