Bad service.

I bought a pump and a control box from Stewarts and lloyds Edenvale. The control box was faulty, Stewart's and lloyds came to my house and removed the box and fixed it and reinstall it. When they reinstall it they switched the cables and the pump burned out. Now they dont want to give me a new pump as the pump is out of warranty. Were there people reinstall the box wrong
