I’ve been with matrix for a number of years with no issues
I’ve been with matrix for a number of years with no issues. Only had a problem when when company changed name or merged. Confusing in this regard but I’ve spoken to a consultant by the name of Goodness and I trust this issue will be resolved amicably.

Unhappy customer.
Will think twice about doing business with Steward and Lloyd. Returned an item as i bought one to many. In its original packaging and within 3 days and they charge a handling fee of 15%. Totally against the CPA. Why are businesses allowed to get away with such ripping the customer off practices. Very unhappy customer.

I have been waiting on my refund since Nov 2024. They haven’t even responded to my latest email and I think they have run out of excuses. I am deleting the app off my phone as I’ve come to the conclusion that SnapnSave is just a waste of time and not worth the effort. Bye bye SnapnSave.
