PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE LOWER

I'm writing to express my frustration with your Pumps and Irrigation branch. The noise level in your store was absolutely *unbearable*, making it impossible for me to focus on what I needed to do. The staff members on the counter were shouting and screaming over each other, showing zero regard for other customers. Their behaviour has showed a lack of maintaining a professional environment. The young gentleman helping me couldn't even hear me because of the noise. What's even more concerning is the lack of management presence. I asked to speak with a manager and not a single one was there, which explains the chaos. I expect a certain level of customer service and professional environment. This was not it. I'm shocked and disappointed that a store like yours was so chaotic. I hope you take action to address this issue addressing staff training and management presence.
