Vodacom ****med me R886 .. they deducted money after the account was closed last year
Horrible experience with Vodacom . I had a contract for years . I lost my job then contacted Vodacom to give settlement for my account . They did I paid the settlement sent the proof of payment together with the form to close the contract . 6 months late I received the call from MBD collectors requesting the same amount I paid to close the account saying Vodacom didn't close the account and handed my name to them . July last year I contacted my lawyers the attended to the issue , Vodacom finally agreed to close the account . That was July 2025 . 25 March this year Vodacom started debiting my money again from my account . I called their customer care the lady told me the account had a close instruction but they actually did close it hence they debited again . Now I feel like they are just a **** once they have your information they cannot stop *****ing money from you . Now I'm I don't know if that account will be open for lifetime . An amount or R886 was taken without any reason .

Water meter faulty , No water . No assistance from the municipality
I have a problem with water meter in my house that is faulty . I reported the problem from 30 May 2025 till today no one came to check the meter and I don't have water for more than 2 weeks now . Overtime I go report they just make a job card and send the sms that's it . The ladies at the customer care don't even make the follow up they just make job card and send sms that's all . I'm paying the rates I bought prepaid water yet no one wants to assist .

Horrible treatment from Stewards and loydds Springs
We bought a Jojo system there and they gave us a bigger pressure pump for a house . On the return the lady elmariem@sltraiding.co.za gave me an attitude to a point where she insulted me in front of the child . I sent her an email then she called and said she was not swearing at me yet I was the only one talking to her . Their 15% handling policy also not fair specially when they are the ones recommended the items bought ... That lady has no respect for the customer . I will never buy anything from them again ....
