I have a problem with water meter in my house that is faulty . I reported the problem from 30 May 2025 till today no one came to check the meter and I don't have water for more than 2 weeks now . Overtime I go report they just make a job card and send the sms that's it . The ladies at the customer care don't even make the follow up they just make job card and send sms that's all . I'm paying the rates I bought prepaid water yet no one wants to assist .

After 1 Year of Meeting/Asking/Corresponding/Pleading for the Accounts Dept of Victor Khan-ya Municipality to correct my Municipal account I have received ..... no resolution/disrespect/Ghosting and Generally Pathetic (suspiciously *******) Service. I have submitted to them a forensically analyses of my account several times but they choose to ignore my pleas to resolve the issue. I have resided in the area for more than 2 decades and this is the worst service delivery to date. I am now being shuttled from one individual to another. I have all my records and information ready should this go to litigation

The people in Sundra is fed up with the victor khanya municipality because we are with out water for n long time then the DA leader Diane Bath tells us long story's the pyplyn is broken then it is fixed nou it is broken again this is a story just tel the people that rand water reduced the water because they do not pay them hou are we to live with out water plaes make a plan with this municipality and tel them to stop lying to te people if you phone Diane to ask if the tankers can come and full our tanks se do not pick up here phone and do not answer our calls

ERF 6211 Botleng Methodist Church in Delmas I am a Methodist Church of South Africa Botleng society leader. In 2005/2006 we bought the above-mentioned property for our new branch in extension 4. To our surprise, we found an RDP house built and allocated to someone. Several of our Resident Ministers tried to sort this out but with no success. Me and one of the Ministers went to the person who was residing there to speak to her only to get a bad attitude from her and said that she has a title deed as well for the stand in question. It has been years and years since this has happened to try to get a solution from the municipality but we failed. Now I am appealing to you to please investigate and advise on this.. Your assistance on this matter will be highly recommended.

I'm so disappointed with their service specially on Friday day went there at 15:30 and the offices were closed whereas they board says they have to close at 16:00 I'm so disappointed please fix this, it's money to go there, m really disappointed with their service

I was refused to apply for my learners license to day 11th January, reason given that the booking was full for the day. Actual reason, is because I complained of the people being allowed to cut the que, I saw the municipality workers taking bribes from people wanting to cut ques. She accused me of coming from a different area and really didn't want to assist me. After I was refused a booking, the employee continued to assist other learners to book tests. I was number 5 in the queue, from 06h30 until 14h30. Due to people cutting the queue without the employee questioning the people. There was disregard for people standing in the queue, a friend of mine was actually scared to complain on the fair of them failing him in the test. There is no rating on this people. Corruption is at the highest order of their day. They are behind on RAND WATER BOARD account with R190000000. Thus while tax payers pay rates and taxes and account for services up to date. Even with one day per week with water the most recent account indicated more water usage than before and on query this stupid individuals recon the account cam from air running through the water pipes which is not filled with water. This air now let the water meter runs and this creating my outstanding amount on water. A human CANNOT BE SO STUPID, MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE.
