I ordered a sim from afrihost and courier it has not delivered it. On Friday they said it would be delivered. I called whole day and they kept on saying it is on route. Today early in the morning I called them nd they said it would be delivered. Then they stopped answering our calls
I bought R100 electricity today and got 0.6 units. How does that make sense
I have been calling sanlam for my provident fund claim for the past two weeks and I hang on the line for more than 30 minutes every time I call, and when I do get through they can't even assist me with the claim. I don't know what to do further When I speak to the agent they play with their family members while I am on the line wasting my airtime.
Great help with my claim. Will recommend them anytime
I called for a personal loan 3 times and they are very unhelpful. I waisted all my airtime and still have no feedback or anything
I was advised by fnb to upgrade my account to premier. And was told that I don't need to cancel my old card. Today R2300 was deducted from the card I don't use for more than a year and fnb can only tell me after 14 days if they will repay me or not. The consultant told me there is nothing I can do even if my money is lost
