ERF 6211 Botleng Methodist Church in Delmas I am a Methodist Church of South Africa Botleng society leader. In 2005/2006 we bought the above-mentioned property for our new branch in extension 4. To our surprise, we found an RDP house built and allocated to someone. Several of our Resident Ministers tried to sort this out but with no success. Me and one of the Ministers went to the person who was residing there to speak to her only to get a bad attitude from her and said that she has a title deed as well for the stand in question. It has been years and years since this has happened to try to get a solution from the municipality but we failed. Now I am appealing to you to please investigate and advise on this.. Your assistance on this matter will be highly recommended.
Please advise of what is fair on unfair: My son passed on October 2020, he was married with one child ,he was working for Exxaro coal mine in Delmas. He was contributing to a provident fund. After his death wife claimed and get the moneys now what about the parents do they have anything to get from their child inheritance . The worst part is she got the money and ran away to where she knows with the child my grand child.
My son took a car insurance with Primedian and he never claimed and for some reason he skipped a month or two of the premiums payment as a result the policy lapsed ,and after that he managed to pay for about six months and unfortunately he had an accident with his car. He registered the the claim and after few day he get sick and passed on. When I followed the claim I was told that his claim is rejected that the policy was not active at the time of an accident as the required updated photos were not received following the lapse of the policy.
