I rated Scorpion on this platform on 03.02.2026. Customer service contacted me the next day and promised that the claim will be send directly to Scorpion Legal for action within 24 hours. Since then, was no action initiated. I tried to contact Scorpion and even the people who was assigned to handle the claim on 16.08.2025. This person Hanna Mokoena should get a job in the government, most probably is that where she got her training to bull****! This people is bad!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS PEOPLE, THEY ***** YOUR MEMBERSHIP MONEY AND REFUSE, NEGLECT, ANY SERVICE I am now in contact with the ombudsman and will contract a lawyer who will deal with the claim as well as with SCORPION *******!
I reviewed a company and you took out the based words which was not swear words. Why?

Logged a Complain with Scorpion Legal on 2025.08.12. They assigned a representative, Hannah Mokoena. CASE NO. Now on 2026.01.19 ---- Nothing was done. Being a member for more than ten years. Pathetic service. GO TO CLIENTELLE!!!!!!!
I am a private person who bought two cars(cash) from WE BUY CARS - Germiston during April to the value of R160000. It is poor service from invoicing and you spend three to four hours to wait for invoicing. You pay R 2100 each car for them do do all paperwork on your name. The first car was bought 20 April and the second on 27 April. Enquiries are not answered, emails are ignored.
Vodacom is *******. My employer has a contract with Vodacom. A 565 something. Randomly will you loose your airtime in the middle of a monthe. The past two months now was NO recharge done but the contract was paid. The customer service assistant is typical BEE standard and cannot understand and eventually they will blame everything but themselves. NO proof of any recharge was offered and cannot be presented. This is bul shi...,it is a contract, ALL detail should be available. They are *****ing from every client, you should be aware. I am in the process of changing my sim card to MTN. you are low class *******
Your service is pathetic. You get approximately R 1000 frrom me per month. Now is there a so called advance outstanding to the value of R 11, This number gets R 500 per month from my employer and a further R 500 from myself. When this recharges are done, VODACOM do not deduct this R 11. I am going to inform my employer now that I swap service to MWEB then you may feel like something for loosing at least R 500 per month for your R 11 service suspension Bunch of uneducated
Vodacom offers a typical BBBEE service. They are totally uneducated, ignorant and arrogant. For the past 8 years have I recharged my cell with R 500 per month for Data. Three months ago I received a message stating that I own them R 14 for advance services, that I should recharge my account before losing the services of Vodacom. Every month is my account recharged with R500 and VODACOM failed to deduct this R 14. Now for the second month, after the R 500 worth of data is exhausted are they suspending my services. I cannot by data, airtime on my number. I will now, from the end of the month change my services to MTN. Vodacom will loose a R 500 per month income for R 14 they neglected to deduct. The stupid nuts
I expected a parcel for delivery already from 05 August. Tracking of parcel indicates it arrived at airport(JHB) ALREADY, but it disappeared. Theft in SA is no longer even considered a shame as everyone only, "hangass" Post Office employ only criminals
There is no rating for stupid-ness!!!! You stupid bunch uneducated grade 2 level humans. As per my previous review on hellopeter - You are not authorized to use my detail for any marketing purpose and is instructed to remove my detail from your data base. I do not and will never deal with uneducated companies with even lower lever employees.
