I have received a better quote on my insurance with Outsurance, now they do not want to cancel my contract nor accept my notice. Advice On my way people taking insurance from Outsurance, please watch out. They don't want to give you service but want to keep you as a client

Terrible Customer Service
I am a small new business; I have been trying to open an account with Coca Cola for the past 3 months. The reps in my area don't really care and don't bother to return calls and messages. I have submitted all my documents. Even called the call centre. Still no assistance.

Bribery in the municipality
I was refused to apply for my learners license to day 11th January, reason given that the booking was full for the day. Actual reason, is because I complained of the people being allowed to cut the que, I saw the municipality workers taking bribes from people wanting to cut ques. She accused me of coming from a different area and really didn't want to assist me. After I was refused a booking, the employee continued to assist other learners to book tests. I was number 5 in the queue, from 06h30 until 14h30. Due to people cutting the queue without the employee questioning the people. There was disregard for people standing in the queue, a friend of mine was actually scared to complain on the fair of them failing him in the test. Terrible service
I tried applying for a contract at MTN Secunda, I was declined with no reason. This is terrible service. I have a great credit score. I really don't understand. The store cannot help, nor can they give me a number to call to find out why.

Terrible signal
Home fibre cutting off almost every night. I'm a paying customer, it seems like Vodacom is going from bad to worst. Thought Telkom was bad. The Evander area has been struggling almost every day.
