Poor service and rasist
I bought black stretched skirt they are failing to refund because of factory fault some lady even said if it was a white person they would've understood but now m black I have to understand I really don't have anything to exchange with because of their ****** ,tell me how my body is big

Inconvenience
I'm so disappointed with their service specially on Friday day went there at 15:30 and the offices were closed whereas they board says they have to close at 16:00 I'm so disappointed please fix this, it's money to go there, m really disappointed with their service

Unfairly treated at mams mall branch
I went and bought some usn supplements in that supplements there were voucher stating that you have one month free membership, I went to the club 4 times 9/03/22 was my fifth time. On that day I spoke to Itu, advising me I come continue for amount while they are fixing my membership I said OK. Today morning when I entered the gym the lady called me by my Name Nelisiwe right I said yes. Then she continued telling that I'm not allowed to come to the gym simply because I'm owing now is now about the voucher, I asked to speak to Itu they advised that he was in the meeting.wherelse I was to ask for Itu when I come for gym the following day.

Depression is real
had a talk with one of the employees at one of the retail store footgear,one of the employee was admitted for depression and anxiety disorder yet the employer advised the employee to stop taking medication. The employee is not even a month came back from hospital the employer wanted the employee to report to work. I believe all employer accommodations of disability Depression is a disability that lives in you, forever

Harassment
I took out a loan from BFS Mams mall and failed to pay them due to covid19 and the consultant "Charmaine" and his branch manager are busy coming at my work place to harass me in front of my colleagues and my clients.
