Lorna Nardin is a terrible person, tried to increase prices after deposites was given for a trip to isreal. didnt pay for sites that was promised to be payed for and so we did not go to that sites. tries to manipulate people so that she can make extra money. calls people thick headed when complaints are raised. she is a horrible person to deal with. she also booked our entire group on seperate flights that were hours apart and so half of us were stuck at the airport from 34 in the morning when our flight was only at 10. just a terrible person with no sense of responsibility and just wants to make money without delivering what was agreed on. i would not recomend to anyone.
Most terrible online platform to purschase from I have placed an order close to 6 months ago . After I posted here I had some feedback and they kept stalling my delivery date and pushing it further away and kept blaming covid 19. They give u no feedback at all unless u email them over and over and I would not recommend anyone to use them
Before the lockdown I sent my bakkie in for aircon repairs , the bakkie was left there for more than a day and the job was not finished. The owner Dexter appologised to me for the inconveniences and assured me that after the lockdown they will call me as they needed to order to rings . I have been trying to call him for the past two days as I received no calls from the team and I called last week and was advised to call this week. He is not answering my calls and my vehicle is left with a job half complete
I placed an order months ago , I haven’t received any updates, I emailed and tried to call numerous times and have received nothing. My money is gone and I got nothing , they do not even respond to my emails now. Absolute terribe service from u guys
