This is by far the worst and most unfriendly experience I’ve ever had with an Online order. I was completely shocked that a brand could unapologetically give such bad service for an "out of stock online order paid for". Blaming the supplier for their out of stock. Surely they should not list the product online, if there is no stock? No apology given for the inconvenience caused. I was told by Cheryl (who's tone of email was very unfriendly and making it my problem: "If you are not happy please contact Payfast and ascertain why they are taking so long") Such poor unfriendly service! I do not personally recommend them and will never be purchasing from Absolute skin again. They lost me as a customer, never to return and I will tell all my connections.
I bought an Online item for my December holidays and expected delivery within the their online promise of 2- 5 days delivery lead-time. Yesterday was when I expected delivery (5 days max lead-time). I received no warning my parcel will be late. I contacted Outdoor Warehouse. No apology only bland instruction that I should follow-up with their courier partner Dawn Wing and that it is not their problem. I called Dawn Wing call centre number I could not get through for support. There is NO customer service or ownership shown by Outdoor Warehouse to resolve my issue. I managed to get email reply from Outdoor email service team that Dawn Wing is running completely late with all their deliveries and it appears that they can only deliver by earliest 17 December (3 days later than Outdoor Warehouse max lead-time promised and too late, we would have left for our December-January holiday. This is shocking customer service from Outdoor Warehouse. I would not order from them ever again! Very disappointed, my item was meant to be used on our holiday.
Mytrip.com does not deserve any stars. Terrible customer experience to try and reschedule my flights due to COVID. I followed their email instruction that I can only phone their call center for support (1+ hour wait to get through to an agent). The agent confirmed that I can change my flight dates but I cannot get any reimbur*****t. He then transferred me and I am in a call queue for another 2+ hours and then I get cut-off. I phoned again and after 2+ hours, I get through to another agent informing me that she cannot help me and that I need to get hold of the airline!! What atrocious customer service!! The end result is I lost my tickets, no reimbur*****t possible and no way to reschedule my dates for our planned dream holiday!!
