HI Hilton. Please don't threaten me or my company Absoluteskin Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd - as you can see below the refund was made within 2 hours of your first request and threat. I do take offense against being threatened. Your threats can have serious repercussions for you and I demand an apology. I was sceptical about ordering from this company when I read some of the reviews However, I was quite pleasantly surprised I placed my order on a Saturday and by Wednesday, it was delivered The process was super smooth and efficient

This is by far the worst and most unfriendly experience I’ve ever had with an Online order. I was completely shocked that a brand could unapologetically give such bad service for an "out of stock online order paid for". Blaming the supplier for their out of stock. Surely they should not list the product online, if there is no stock? No apology given for the inconvenience caused. I was told by Cheryl (who's tone of email was very unfriendly and making it my problem: "If you are not happy please contact Payfast and ascertain why they are taking so long") Such poor unfriendly service! I do not personally recommend them and will never be purchasing from Absolute skin again. They lost me as a customer, never to return and I will tell all my connections.

My AbsoluteSkin orders were processed without delay. They keep you updated. The prices are reasonable. The service! Oh my goodness, out of this world! Some business managers do not even bother to respond to enquiries. I was amazed by Cheryl’s attentiveness and responsiveness to an enquiry about the courier who was supposed to deliver - not about their products. Don’t take my word for it, try them! You will see for yourself.

My AbsoluteSkin orders were processed without delay. They keep you updated. The prices are reasonable. The service! Oh my goodness, out of this world! Some business managers do not even bother to respond to enquiries. I was amazed by Cheryl’s attentiveness and responsiveness to an enquiry about the courier who was supposed to deliver - not about their products. Don’t take my word for it, try them! You will see for yourself.

I had a similar experience to Sam. I order from online stores quite regularly and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was completely shocked that a brand could unapologetically give such bad service. I had to be the one to email them as a client and ask for a confirmation of order, and I was told by Cheryl Lamers( who was shockingly dreadful to deal with) that they had thousands of clients to tend to and I was not the only one they were dealing with. Absolutely shocking. I then asked for a refund as I did not want to deal with this brand and wanted to order elsewhere and she completely ignored my request and sent me a tracking number instead. Such such poor service. I do not personally recommend them and will never be purchasing from Absolute skin again. It was the first and definitely the last time. What an exhausting experience!

If there was an option for 6 stars this is what I would give Cheryl at AbsoluteSkin. Service Excellence with a great attitude, and friendly. My parcel was going to be late and even before I could follow-up Cheryl emailed me to inform me it would be late. In addition to being efficient with their courier and sourcing of products, AbsoluteSkin is also extremely affordable. I highly recommend AbsoluteSkin for those looking for great skincare products at affordable prices and quick delivery!!! Keep up the excellent work
