I can no longer receive calls or incoming sms on my other phone's number. I have been trying for hours and hours to speak to a human being, only to be consistently to their chatbot which is useless. I did manage to speak to one human, who said they'd help me ----- yes, by sending me to the chatbot. This cycle repeats itself endlessly. Extremely frustrated.
I've been selling on Yaga for over a year and had excellent service. They are quick to sort out any queries. I've had some issues recently and was assisted by a lovely man called Cole.
Absolutely rotten service. A parcel was supposed to be delivered to my mother last week. After sending the parcel to the Eastern Cape it eventually arrived in Northern Cape where it was supposed to go. She received a message that it had been delivered and someone signed for it except that she never received it. The couriers were unreachable when she wanted to find out exactly WHO it was delivered to. The person who signed for the parcel has a surname light years away from my mother's name. Fortunately she lives in a small town, and after phoning dozens of people and driving into the township she finally located the parcel. This little experience with The Courier Guy nearly cost her R2000. Disgusting service: 1. Sends to a totally different province (but finally re-routes to the right place) 2. Drops parcel off at a totally different address 3. Does not check ID details of the person receiving the parcel 4. Does not check PIN codes that have been sent 5. Unable to reach by telephone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
I phoned my insurance company on a Sunday morning at 04h30 because of what I thought was a burst geyser. Waterworx plumbing was at my house at 09h00 and fixed a corroded pipe on the spot (thankfully the geyser was fine). Everything was sorted by 09h40. They didn't even charge a callout fee. Definitely recommend!
Excellent cat food. My fussy ones love it to bits. The only problem is that my Pick 'n Pay in Gordon's Bay doesn't stock it anymore. :(
I am unable to withdraw funds from my PayPal account to the FNB account. I have previously been able to transfer funds without a problem. This time, however, there is no "withdraw funds" button available. On the "My Accounts" screen, my Paypal balance is 0.00. However, the Paypal services page says that I have $200.59 available. Why the discrepancy? And why can I not withdraw the money this time?
Excellent service! I bought a pair of earphones which broke about three months after purchasing. I took them back to the store for advice and the owner had them repaired at no cost.
I had a query with FNB which was sorted out in less than 24 hours. Thank you!
Excellent service! I've been buying from them for at least six years and have never been disappointed.
I sent an email on 31 October requesting my policy be cancelled. I was sent a form to complete, which I did but did not have access to the policy number at the time of submission of the document. On 22 November I was contacted by Kaelo saying that they couldn't cancel my policy because they cannot access my portfolio with a name and ID number. (How is this even possible??) I forwarded the policy number to them. On 29 November I asked whether the policy had been cancelled because I'd received no reply. I received an automated reply saying that this matter would be attended to. 5 days have passed now I have yet to receive a reply from a living person. Not surprisingly, a payment for December was deducted. This is not acceptable. I asked for the cancellation in October. When I asked at the end of October I understood that it was too close to the end of the month in order to expect them to cancel the debit order immediately. The deduction went off, which I don't have problem with. I want this policy to be summarily cancelled and I want reimbur*****t for the money deducted in December (after all the paperwork was submitted in November already). It is not my fault that this company cannot get its act together and I refuse to pay for their incompetence. As far as payout is concerned, they are less than pathetic. I submitted all my medical documents to them and then waited. And waited. And waited. I got payed out a measly few hundred rands. How can they call themselves gap cover when the gap is not covered? I have seen similar reports of HelloPeter from people with the same problem as me. And it seems that they do not reply to complaints either. They're eager to deduct payments at the beginning of each month but not nearly as eager to respond to complains. Stay far, far away from this company!!!
