Our Vehicle was stolen from Gateway Shopping mall's secure parking. Witnesses alerted a \security guard\" whilst the vehicle was being stolen, but the security guard did absolutely nothing, nor did he report it. When we arrived in the parking area, the incident had happened about 10 minutes prior. We ran to the information desk but the staff had such a\" no care\" attitude and very slow to respond. There was NO compassion and I became very emotional. We asked if they could arrange transport for myself and my daughter to the hotel, while my husband remained to give a report to police, but they werent willing to help. When the \"head of security\" arrived, he was slow to react to the situation.OnlyWhen police arrived to interview and view security footage he was helpful and did his part. The security camera's were in very poor working order. They could only see how our vehicle was \"tail gated\" through the boom gate. Why did the security guard not respond to the witnesses?? How did they not pick this up on the camera's??We have had NO feedback from the security of the mall at all, as to why this happened. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!"
We upgraded our contracts but ordered the incorrect phones, so we had to send them back. The process took a bit long to complete, and after numerous telephone calls, and speaking to numerous consultants, and being cut of repeatedly, I could not get any solid feedback. Then I went to the Online chat service, and a wonderful lady named ALEXIS, followed up on my query, and she kept me posted on what was happening. She went the extra mile to resolve the matter. I wish there were more people like her in the industry. She is a real star and needs to get a huge raise! Other consultants can learn a great deal from her.
I would like to also comment that Absoluteskin did replace the missing toner. I would like to thank Cheryl for all her help in the matter, even though initially, they did not want to take responsibility for it. I do appreciate it.
I cancelled our online order from Vodacom as soon as it arrived, as the phones were not what we expected. I battled to get hold of a consultant for more than an hour, after being cut of about 8 times! They created a Service request and a reference number was sms'd. We got a sms two days later, notifying us that RAM couriers will be collecting the order. That was Friday 13 Feb. I phoned the after sales customer care on Monday 16 Feb, and Denzel was very helpfull with trying to find out when a pick up will be taking place, but according to him no pick up number were available yet. I phoned RAM to see if they had been contacted by Vodacom to collect but they had no request on their system from Vodacom. After numerous phone calls to Vodacom, I am still not any closer to a clear answer as to when the parcels will be collected to go back to Vodacom.
