When dealing with people telephonically or via online portals it is important to do so with a smile and eagerness as it can be felt by the receiver. This is what Tshegofatso portrayed whilst assisting me and was quick in responding with detailed information. Very happy with this service
If there was an option for 6 stars this is what I would give Cheryl at AbsoluteSkin. Service Excellence with a great attitude, and friendly. My parcel was going to be late and even before I could follow-up Cheryl emailed me to inform me it would be late. In addition to being efficient with their courier and sourcing of products, AbsoluteSkin is also extremely affordable. I placed an online order with Vodacom on the 18th April and should have received my order on Wednesday 24th April. I have not received my order as yet and when I call RAM they reject my calls. According to them they tried calling me but I did not answer - the number they called me on was not my number. Apparently Vodacom gave them the incorrect contact number for me. When I asked them how they will rectify the situation because I have been waiting a long time, they explained procedure to me. Not even trying to fix the situation. Today, 26th April my order has still not been dispatched and when I call my calls are rejected. I am highly irate at this point in time. In addition to rejecting my calls one of the agents answered my call eventually yesterday and laughed in my ear. This is highly unacceptable! Pathetic is an understatement when explaining the service I have received thus far. Even though the details they had for me were incorrect, I provided them with the correct details the afternoon of the 24th April - surely by now my order should have been dispatched. I needed the phone at least by yesterday if I knew this would be the service I would receive I could have saved myself all this headaches and gone to the shop myself.
The atmosphere when one walks into this gym is one of passion, enthusiasm, excitement and a willingness to assist from the team. I am utterly impressed with their after sales service because in most cases once a client is "signed on" many consultants forget about them and move on to the "next one". This branch however puts in an equal amount of effort, time and patience when assisting clients with any queries they have and to the best of their ability. All staff at this branch puts the effort in making all clients feel special which adds value to what they stand for. Extremely impressed with this branch and happy to have signed up with them.
