What a terrible experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone who is expecting more than an expensive car wash. I went for the Buff, Polish and Glaze. Most of the staff were pleasant to deal with, but I received no receipt, my details were not taken so I had to make contact in order to determine if my vehicle was done or not. Aside from that, the quality of work was below subpar. Not only was the car still wet in certain places including the rims when I got there 3-4 hours later, but the entire left side of my car had to be redone as there was dirt and polish residue that I could remove with my finger. When I pointed this out, the technician told me that he would then use a cloth to just wipe it away with his finger and "he can't be responsible for any scratches" that will come of this. I then went to the management who had the guys then go over the left side with a quick cutting compound, polish machine and glaze and after this additional waiting time of about 30 mins, I didn' bother to double-check the work as I was simply fed up.
I had to make a claim for 3rd party cover, the App doesn't provide the ability, now I have a claim that is being canceled because it's for the 3rd party and not mine. I am still waiting for almost an entire day for some sort of documents to log this and my consultant "Nolisiwe Nkosi" has not even contacted me once. The phone number redirects to what seems 2 to 3 redirects and then the audio is either cut off, you hear static or the call drops. I am with you guys for a few months, this is my first proper claim and this is a disastrous experience that questions whether or not I should even continue with the services based on the pure lack of communication [not just for one of the staff, but for another issue with (Eugene N)where I haven't had any feedback about my DQ installation that I have been following up for weeks and eventually gave up], unpreparedness and what seems to be a low budget operation. I hope someone will actually contact me now so that I can actually use my insurance.
