I cancelled my email service with them years ago, and I noticed they've billed me for 30 months without my permission. Its impossible to get hold of them. The helpline is tedious. While you wait they send a verification number to an old email address and/or old cellphone number which I not longer have access to. If you cant verify then the call is dropped. There is no other way of contacting them.
I CANCELLED MY EMAIL SERVICE ON 15 MAY 2022. I RECIEVED CONFIRMATION - Ticket reference number - MWB19395523 BUT THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME SINCE THEN. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO THEM AS THEIR HELP LINE REQUIRES AN OTP WHICH IS SENT TO AN OLD CELLPHONE/EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN CONTACT THEM BECAUSE OF THIS STRANGE SYSTEM!!!!
Like many insurance companies, Miway lets you down when you need them most. After an EXTREMELY heavy thunderstorm, the ceiling ruptured. I'm in a wheelchair after a severe stroke, and guess what, Miway rejected my claim twice!(initial claim and disputed rejection). Yes, maintenance is the owner's responsibility, but I didn't create a massive storm, did I? Am furious and have terminated my membership

I'm disabled by a severe stroke and this resort is atrocious for wheelchair users. The ramps that they have installed are so steep and slippery that I nearly fell on my face. The so called accessible suite is at the very top of an *******ly steep ramp . The staff are fabulous and the rnvironment is clean; food is adequate and conference venue is stunning bug I had a terrible time due to unsuitable ramps and steps everywhere dread going back

For plants, this business is amazing. For disabled people TERRIBLE. I've been a customer there for 35 years, during which I had a stroke, and there is no wheelchair toilet. The ramp at the entrance to their otherwise amazing restaurant Munch is so steep it's dangerous. Management is disgraceful for not accommodating people with challenges.
Had a grim experience at this eatery whilst working in Pretoria. The place is dirty and unhygienic. The staff are fantastic and do their best, however. We were especially impressed with our waiter, Given. Thank you Given Management not visibly supervising or present. The food was atrocious: the chips had been re-cooked in old oil and tasted rank. I had to send my burger back to be re-cooked. Food was drowning in sauce and way too wet, so bun inedible and garnish soggy. Chef no doubt trying his best, but we felt let down. I'm disabled and though there are ramps at the parking to make it accessible, there's no wheelchair toilet and the existing ones have no seats. Definitely never going back to this establishment.
