Completely unprofessional and rude. I paid 24 March 2020. I didn't hear anything back but with lockdown and the state of things I knew they were probably not able to run properly. Now, 22 June 2020 I asked if they were going to be doing anything to help me now that things are a bit more relaxed as they haven't bothered to contact me at all. I asked for an update as they had my money but I had not heard a thing. I got a rude and unprofessional email stating that I had not bothered to find out if they had received my money in all this time and that I was nasty. I made it clear now that I could be very nasty as this was a pathetic service, completely disappointing and unprofessional with very poor customer service. The fact that Gertrude didn't like my email tone means nothing now as I don't like my money being taken for nothing, unprofessionalism and complete service disregard. Got my money back at least now but feel sorry for anyone who is still waiting for this service to help them. Disappointing and to try make me feel bad for attempting to find out what happened to my money that was supposed to help me when I had no real income during maternity and lockdown...Shame on her! Disgusting.
