I'm complaining about the service/ incompetence service from Sassa, last year March I turned 18 tried to apply for R350 system kept saying there's already an active application. Called Sassa March 2025 and was advised that someone used my id and there's a number linked and there'll flag it *****ulent, waited as advised that I must keep trying up to this say can't access anything....today I called spoke to Kanyisa who didn't know what she was doing only kept saying she wants to give me a reference number which I asked what is it for bcoz she hasn't assisted me yet. She only said she's escalating told her everytime I call impeding advised same thing she started being rude when I asked to speak to the Supshe said there's no supervisor and dropped the phone. Right now im not interested with sassa srd I need the issue resolved as I need to apply for nsfas kindly revert with a meaningful feedback
Have been a client for more than 5 years all was well until I lost my job and my account wasn't functional. Recieved smses regarding the account which was on negative and was advised if I dint make deposit before 21st December account will be closed, tried to to log in to.my app and couldn't on the 15th December tried again since I wanted to make a deposit to my surprise the account was closed. Emailed OM to enquire why is the account closed before 21st as stated on the smses never got any convincing response instead was advised that there are looking onto it. Today 20th an amount on R370 was paid into the account from srd went back to them to advise that I need a statement that shows the payment bounced and was told it will be escalated went to.the branch the called the department where I was supposed to.be assisted still nothing. ALL I WANT FROM OM IS A BANK STATEMENT OF THE PROOF THAT THE MONEY BOUNCED SO I CAN RETRIEVE MY REFUND...IM REALLY DISSAPOUNTED WITH YOUR SERVICE
I'm so disappointed with the service recieved from Ivy at Tupperware Northriding today, got there the door is open no none is willing to assist rudely she says Sisi come here getting there she's telling me today there are closed. How do you explain closed shop when the door is open okay I'm waiting for more details until a I asked why are you closed mind you she called me no full information instead we close every Wednesday I don't work for Tupperware how Willi know if they close every Wednesdays... Then I'm asking is it all Tupperware or specifically this one rudely cc I said we closed if you want to go to other ones you are free to go like really is that customer service like we begging for free items. This is not good especially she's the face of the company where everyone has to deal with her attitude
