I ordered two fatherday special from canvas centre and I must say the initial interaction was quite pleasant. I ordered two canvases and part of the special is you could custom a coffee mug for your dad. The order arrived and I had one missing cup. I informed them immediately and they responded by asking which cup was missing.. After sending the information I have had no communication form them even though I tried to contact the several times. needles to say these where fatherday gifts and my Dad got have a gift.
I have had such a bad experience with Nedflorist. I ordered a gift for my mothers Birthday for delivery last week Friday. When I checked the status it said "reffered". I then tried to make contact with the on line help with no luck. Got an email to say "the team is on it!". Monday no feedback still. Contacted them again by email and on the website. Got a notification "the team is on it!". Tuesday the a repeat from Monday. And as we stand now I still have not had any feedback, my moms Bday has come and gone, with no feedback or attempt to rectify the situation at all.
