I had an excellent experience with Tyrece Moodley from King Price. He gave me the best deal for my car insurance and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Tyrece took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend his service

PnP smart Shopper card
I was phoning the call center for the last two weeks to update my smart shopper card from my passport to my SA ID, and every time the agent will log a new call for me i received more than 2 cases and still nothing happened and the agents will always say we are waiting update from the Tech Team and we promise it will be resolved by the EoD......etc

worst service
I had the worst experience with Discovery bank, i phoned them last week Monday to join the bank, but i got issue with cell phone verification, the banker told me just give us 48 then we will solve the issue, i was waiting them to call me back but no one did, so i was phoning everyday to check and every time the banker telling me that give us 2 hours then we will phone you back and as usual no one did, they told me they escalated to the managers and it will be sorted soon, but after 1 week of waiting still they did nothing and today the banker she told me the same ( i will call you back after 1 PM to give you update but she didn't ). it's the worst service i ever saw in my life.

bad expreince
They are the worst company to work with, don’t believe them once they said to upload the documents and we will check if your document will be approved and they will apply it directly after you pay them they will start asking you for other documents and once you ask them about those document they will never reply, they will say it will take up to 23 working days but believe me it will take up to 3 months with them, it’s not worth it to save 400 rands pay more for other companies but you will know that they will do a proper job and you will get you to license at the end of the day. I applied with them on the 6th of Aug and till this moment I didn’t receive anything, and once I ask for an update no one reply.

Hi All, i swear i need a book to fill my complains about this place, Don't every deal with the owner he is untruthful & give you empty promises, throttle body & Ecu replacing took 2 months i swear and everyday i was phoning and he said his normal work " kasam today it will be ready ", after he fixed he promised that he will upload my APR software and ****le again, he did the software but the ****le he send me a message that i should buy new one with a silly reason, i escalator my issue to APR coz to dial with him it was my mistake from the beginning, there is too much other places you can deal with from modification and fixing......i will do my best to get my 5000R ( ****le Prices) back from him.
