I requested a call back this morning and received a call in less than 1 minute after requesting. I also received good news, got a credit on my account because I referred a colleague to join them. I am a happy customer 🙌🏽
Beautiful flats and good experience during summer. Your electricity is off most of the times in winter, they didn't make provision for so many users to have geysers, lights and plugs on.
I've been calling standard bank for the last 2 weeks to get a Notting letter as i am in the process of purchasing a house and urgently require this. 2 weeks later and still no letter as promised. I've been making numerous phone calls, for lengthy periods of time, spoke to 5 different agents and got routed to a team leader who made it clear that they no longer do Notting letters however, she can have one personalized for me. Numerous call backs has been promised, the letter has been promised and even an apology has been promised, still nothing! Highly dissapointed and still awaiting the letter as promised to have received by Monday, 22/06/2020. The last call i made was today, 24/06/20 and the agent struggled to get hold of her team leader who should be working from home and AGAIN, a call back was promised. Its nearly 6pm and i assume they are now closed.
