Open view false advertising
This company advertised that purchasing their decoder was a once off purchase and that you will never pay again to view the TV chanels, now my decoder is cut off and open view have the cheek to tell me my decoder is old and I must buy a new one! That is false advertising! I will not buy another decoder, open view need to replace these decoders at their expense. Not my expense. What a **** company

Terrible standard bank insurance
Think twice before taking out building insurance with standard bank. I put in a claim for water purification system and they rejected my claim without even getting back to me as to why they rejected it. And after canceling insurance with them they still can't even respond to confirm cancelation. They provide terrible service!!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service is all I can say!! I track my parcel which tells me it's out for delivery and still contact them to be told the parcel will be delivered and received nothing having waited the whole day at home. The next day same story, still waiting for this parcel. I would not be so upset had the tracking staff just informed me and not wasted my time.
