Not reliable at all

I approached them and the attitude on the phone from this guy was leaning towards namby-pamby. We arranged nevertheless a meeting .. he never showed up, he never answered my calls, I sent an email to express my concern about their lack of professionalism .. never got any reply. It speaks for itself, no more comments.
