Hindsight is a beautiful thing ... sadly.
Since Daniel has threatened "to deal with me appropriately" if I publish a bad review or speak of my bad experience with him I present only facts to avoid any "defamation of character" as he is so fond of using. Facts: 10 months, R**** + spent You dear review reader are most welcome to view the many photos I took (before/during & after Daniel refused to return to site having NOT completed any of the work and left a scene of absolute filth, devastation and chaos), review the report (engineer, quantity surveyor and various subsequent quotes received to do the same work) read through the WhatsApp chat and make up your own mind. However my own perspective and experience in hindsight: I wish I had never met nor requested a quote from this person.

Not reliable at all
I approached them and the attitude on the phone from this guy was leaning towards namby-pamby. We arranged nevertheless a meeting .. he never showed up, he never answered my calls, I sent an email to express my concern about their lack of professionalism .. never got any reply. It speaks for itself, no more comments.

An extremely unreliable builder with no team to speak of that left our building without finishing the work. The website promises that they are the best in the industry. At the meetings he seemed like he knew his work. Lame excuses is all you will get for your money. My advice :stay far away from Dan and his "team".
