The owner of the spa does not know how to do business at all, now I trust all those reviews from people. I booked with the owner and asked her about payment. She took all my details and told me that I will be booked for 14pm. Com the day of spa date, when I get there, there was a double booking and I ended leaving because she runs a spa while seating at home and gives her 3 the******s instruction as to who must the book. I just came from far and wasted my petrol. I wouldn't rate this spa, bad experience. Only 3the******s available, while one of them does reception work also.

Breakfast not being served according to standards
Their breakfast is about R150 buffet, which does not have any cereals yet they call buffet. The breakfast had only this options: Scrambled eggs, sausage, mushrooms, toast, juice. The breakfast was too dry, the toast was too hard, when requested a juice we were told that it's finish. The breakfast was worth R25, even wimpy breakfast is much better than their foods. Their accommodation is R1700, but the foods being served is not worthy for you to stay there.

Wrong portion with a hot sauce for a child
Jun 25, 2020, 19h00 I ordered from Nandos in rustenburg cbd using Mr D Food. I order other mes which came ok but for Mozambican Paprika quarter chicken with leg portion with pap: I received mild breast. I ordered portion of leg they gave out breast. the order was for my 6year old son. So now had to prepare him food at home because Nandos gave wrong order. I am not happy at all with this store. If Nandos don't take us seriously then I will never order from that store again
