Reliable,they came on time as per appointment ,they did a clean job and everything is in order ,and they only need money after the job is done ,meaning they are not ****mers at all ,they deliver what they have advertised and promised the customers ❤️😳😳

The Best ever ♥️
Best service ever.I was involved in an accident,I called them and they were concerned if I need medical assistance or any help and my car was fixed within 3 days and they also paid cash to the person that I bumped into as I have a third party cover with them.This insurance knows what it is doing-it’s cheap and it is the best in the industry ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Zero rating Cartrack
Rating them zero.they failed to find my stolen car,they failed to pay for recovery warranty and they call and update me about my car,and I’m the one who must call and test if their tracker unit is working -So they are just a useless company who takes disadvantages of people like me and actually I have lost all my trust to this company.

CARTRACK empty promises and their clauses on terms and conditions
Horrible excuses ever for CARTRACK -was first told I omitted payment in 2020 that I paid a day after and now they say I didn’t test the tracker unit quarterly to check if is working -though I was monitoring my car on app and everything was well-and I did call sometimes to check it and it was even refitted .I don’t believe there’s anyone out there who has ever been compensated by Cartrack for recovery warranty.To them is business and making money.Unfortunately I don’t have a lawyer to fight for me,And to all those who pay for recovery warranty just remember you will never be given any money if CARYRACK doesn’t recover your car,they will search from years back for all faults and you will be told of the clauses 10.1 So I’m joining Netstar or Matrix trackers which has helicopters and they will recover the car fast anytime and bring it back to me.💔💔Woe to all those with Cartrack Recovery warranty -as they will never get a cent
