I agree with what most of the people say about this company. I had my fridge re gassed on 31 January. It took them less than 10.minutes. it was also 2 foreigners who came out. The fridge never worked properly after that and I sent them a message to please come and check. I was then told to pay R400 call out fee, which I did. They were supposed to come the Tuesday before 13h00 , but till date nobody came. The guy who answered the phone when I called even put the phone down in my ear. I then decided to call the number where the technician called me from. When I got hold of them, they told me they could only come out when the office tell them to come. So, I also see them as ****mers or they could even be called ******* because they ***** from people. I would like to know how they could be prevented from ****ming more people.
