Fridge repairs
We Care Refrigeration "repaired" our Bosch fridge on 11 February. The repair cost about R2,400, paid immediately. Last Friday, 20 February, the fridge went on the blink again. I have phoned and emailed dozens of times since then, but they have still not sent a technician to fix it. Now they are blocking my calls.

Fridge repairs
We Care Refrigeration "repaired" our Bosch fridge on 11 February. The repair cost about R2,400, paid immediately. Last Friday, 20 February, the fridge went on the blink again. I have phoned and emailed dozens of times since then, but they have still not sent a technician to fix it. Now they are blocking my calls.

Hi there. Please dont use these guys. The ran with my parents money. We currently have one of them trying to get my parents money back. I wish there was a way for all of us that were ****med by these people to meet and build a case against them. Hello Peter is not allowing contact info to appear.

We caught this people and are currently building a case against them can anyone of you that has been ****med by these people please contact me in 0767742784 I don't know how to send you guys direct message, to inform you, they ****med my parents same things misdiagnosed, billed and fridge not repaired, they are currently in custody but we need more people to verify it's the same people

DO NOT USE - Charged R2,900 for work NOT done + damaged working parts Called them to fix freezer icing. They made adjustments, charged R2,900. Original problem STILL not fixed. Worse - they disconnected my ice maker (confirmed by LG official technician). Ice maker worked before they arrived, stopped after. When I refused to pay, received what I consider a veiled threat: "Will meet again." Cost me R650 plus to get LG to fix their damage. Use authorized service centers only.

These guys are the biggest ****mers.stay away from this company They came to repair my fridge and says it will work after 24 hrs.took out some of the fridge parts. Took my R3500 Promise to came back or call back but never did.

I agree with what most of the people say about this company. I had my fridge re gassed on 31 January. It took them less than 10.minutes. it was also 2 foreigners who came out. The fridge never worked properly after that and I sent them a message to please come and check. I was then told to pay R400 call out fee, which I did. They were supposed to come the Tuesday before 13h00 , but till date nobody came. The guy who answered the phone when I called even put the phone down in my ear. I then decided to call the number where the technician called me from. When I got hold of them, they told me they could only come out when the office tell them to come. So, I also see them as ****mers or they could even be called ******* because they ***** from people. I would like to know how they could be prevented from ****ming more people.

I have paid for a service that was not rendered, they have come to my home and claimed they have done a repair which was not true
I have paid for a service that was not rendered, they have come to my home and claimed they have done a repair which was not true . I am still sitting with the same issue and now my calls is being ignored . And he has left with the compressor of my fridge and I have paid them R3450 cash .
