Fridge repairs

We Care Refrigeration "repaired" our Bosch fridge on 11 February. The repair cost about R2,400, paid immediately. Last Friday, 20 February, the fridge went on the blink again. I have phoned and emailed dozens of times since then, but they have still not sent a technician to fix it. Now they are blocking my calls.
