False advertising/poor service.
Multiple awful interactions. Advertise services which they don’t provide in store and on their website. You wait in line for ages to be told this. Service they provide is unreliable. Takes longer than stipulated. Damaged goods. Unapologetic. Very dissatisfied. Unfortunately no competitive substitute/alternative option.

Poor service + damage to property
I sent a package of gifts for my dad for fathers day. I had put it in a box and asked them to seal it properly. I got called to let me know that they had broken the package (a bottle of wine) and that the package was being held for inspection. Basically it was admitted that the package was dropped but they would not take responsibility. It’s been a week since I posted the package. The service is supposed to be 2-3 working days. Hugely disappointed. No effort at redressal has been made.
