My name is Thandiwe Mahlinza, I app**** for a loan at Lime24 and was approved on 31 March 2023, DebiCheck was also done succesfully and was promised that the money will be in my acount the same day from 14h00 - 20h00 but till today (03 April 2023) no funds reflected in my account. I have been sending e-mails with no feedback. I have signed an agreement BUT no funds. I'm very upset and disappointed with this company.
I ordered a Queen Base Set on 09 December 2020 but they delivered a Double Base Set, I then logged a query for HomeChoice to rectify the error of which the bed is still not collected. Now I'm told that once their courier picks the incorrect order, I have to place a new order as they do not do exchanges. I feel this is unfair to a customer because I placed the correct but the agent processed it incorrectly. I'm very upset with HomeChoice.
Once again my parcel still not delivered, I placed it in May 2020, received an sms on 02.06.2020 saying it has been dispatched till today nothing has been received. I'm being sent e-mails saying the matter has been escalated but still no parcel.
I placed an order at Homechoice in May 2020 and received and sms on 02 June 2020 that it was dispatched but till today no delivery came through, This is the worst service received ever. Homechoice is very unprofessional
