Very happy patron of Grand Diamonds
From the beginning, Jaimee was so helpful in answering my questions and giving me peace of mind throughout regarding design, budget, turnaround time, etc. It was easy to communicate my design ideas and see them translated in the CAD designs and the response time was always very prompt, and all of this remotely! Jaimee kept me updated throughout the process, sending CAD designs and revisions as we went along and even a video of the rings once they were ready. Manufacturing time from the finalisation of the design was within the communicated lead time and overnight delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg was easily arranged and secure, including the valuation certificate and diamond report. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Good after sales service
Couch was ordered online and delivered when promised. The foot of the couch was loose. Cielo sent an assessor within a week who established this was a factory fault. A replacement couch was delivered soon after, as promised. The original couch was collected at the same time as the replacement was delivered. Good after sales service considering the unfortunate factory fault.
