All you guys care and want is our money,where is the customer care ? You supposed to love you clients! With rain thats definitely not the case!!!!... I'm giving you (rain) up until friday 15th August 2020 for my double debit to be in my account...like I said if not,I will take you to court...i have all the necessary evidence that i need to ,all of our chats across all social platforms,i messaged rain on Instagram,Facebook and well as put you on hello Peter 3 times and email you guys about 3 times....and STILL no human has been in contact with me,this is really the pits!!! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!!! All you'll keep saying is dont worry a consultant will contact me,give me a date Marra give me a date and time cause u wna try contact me while I'm at work and not available...really ridiculous u guys are honestly I WANT MY DOUBLE DEBIT MONEY BACK!! GUYS WHOEVER IS READING THIS ,CAN YOU BELIEVE I HAVE PAID R1134 for a R478 deal??? I suggest you do not use this network as all they are about is taking money,when there's an error on their side they will take their grannies sweet time to respond and to resolve this issue...This company owes me R567.20 since 5th August 2020,it is now 10th August 2020 and I have not recieved a contact from 1 of the consultants, my issue has not been resolved as yet nore have they sent me my money back
good day,I have made a payment already on the 1st August on saturday...today I get debited again for the new month...why??? I want my money back please ASAP I can forward ul my bank statement to show that I have paid twice for the new month,I need my money today please i am furious!!!!!
Rain rain rain!!! I'm so fed up with this company,seriously,ive paid for my subscription this month yet it doesn't even work ,its been fine all along and now all of a sudden there's no internet for the new month??? As well I was over debited ,my fee is R250 pm and they debited R400 from my account, as well as I have asked countless tike to remove the surplus data that I do not want as well as upgrade from my package to a bigger package..guys this is not a joke, when I send an email I get an auto response saying an agent will assist me but I have not received a call or an email with any assistance ,I am extremely upset and angry that I must pay for something I cannot even use !!! ridiculous guys seriously, your customer care service rating is 0 as your agents don't know how to work ,u paying them for nothing cause they cannot even assist us as existing clients...I AM THE CLIENT ,THE CLIENT IS RIGHT!! SORT MY ACCOUNT OUT NOW OR I AM PRESSING CHARGES AND SUING THINS COMPANY FOR THEFT and over debiting my account, you guys are thieves and seriously need to take up a course on customer care service...if my account doesn't get sorted I will be suing this company and I will ensure I will expose your ****py and terrible service....literally all I have is 2 queries and NO1 can assist me!!! Bull****!!!!!
