Worse experience ever
Very bad customer services!!! The audacity of being told that my parcel will be returned back because I missed a whatsup call from them, this person whole day has been at Sandton but failing to deliver my parcel at Sandton. Phoned for several times keeps on dropping my calls now in the afternoon telling me that they are on leave.

Worse experience
What the purpose of booking online when you have to line. We are on lunch, so we booked for this hour hoping everything will be quick worse these people are very rude!! Bad experience ever . I wish I did get a time slot in Boksburg my experience there was awesome.

Telkom data contract
I have been in contract with them for data for 2 years and my contract ended 15 January 2024 and from my side I have outstanding fees to pay in which I did pay. Mind you month January and February I was not receiving data but the moment I paid them they the. Deducted the amount and I was not aware and I did not use the data. I went to Telkom store to cancel they told I will receive cancellation letter in which I haven’t received it , month April they debited again haybo how what the hell are they doing!!!!!!!!!!! This is not fair to your clients

Telkom Data-Contract
apparently Telkom couldn't debit my monthly contract of data is September, then in 24 October they deducted for both months September and October. Till today my data is not activated, trying to call them, I am on the call for more than 15 minutes, no one answering the call. I've heard it enough, worse the network is poor, I am cancelling my contract!!

Claim
I had bad experience with the King price insurance, they have audacity to send me an email that they are confirming that I am in the process of claiming directly from the other party who bumped my car while I have sent them the registration of the other car and cellphones for them to follow up with them. Throughout the week I am at work and they need me to follow up with those guys, is it not your job to follow up with them? Kindly review your policy and change this because you will loose more clients.
