Very poor service, paperwork was not available on delivery, car filthy, the promised replacement of defective light bulbs not done. How did it pass a roadworthy with some lights not working? It will take 14 to 22 days to get a signed change of ownership form from the dealership!!!! In the meantime, I do not have car registered in my name. I have had to ask for every bit of information from the salesman, every step of the way. It is probably the worst service I have ever received.
is after leaving a day late which necessitated me staying on longer and incurring expenses because the truck arrived 2 days late. This last experience was absolutely the worst. After promising to arrive on a Friday, we left Johannesburg in a hurry in order to be at the delivery address on time. We decided to drive straight through which meant leaving in the dark. We hit an object in the dark that was not visible causing damage to the car. On Friday the goods didn’t arrive. I messaged the owner of Leopard and it took ages to get a reply. This was a recurring pattern, make a query and receive no answer, make another one and maybe get a reply the next day. The truck had had a mishap in Springbok enroute from Joberg to Knysna!!! We were left with no clothes, bedding or kitchen ware. I finally received my goods, some of which were damaged on the Wednesday, the day I was leaving Knysna. The poor communication by the owner, Charles and the many breakdowns and mishaps of the trucks would make me reluctant to ever use them again as I will be moving an entire household to Knysna within the next few months. A very poor show. After the delivery, I received an apology, too little and too late.
Have ordered from them and nothing delivered. I texted, emailed and sent messages on the website with no answer forthcoming. This seems to be a scam site. Avoid.
