Good morning I am utterly disgusted by the service of nedbank building Insurance , I phoned them twice reason being for the reason flooding in cape town last year I also phoned the bank also regarding flooding up until today no one has came back to me they told me they will send someone to assess but until today no one has came out last week I also phoned twice spoke to the lady but yet again no one came out. Each month you guys want to debit my account but when its your time to shine then you no where to be found its really unacceptable.
