I made a payment for bricks and they did not deliver. It’s been days of back and forth. I asked for a refund which they promised they would process. They are now giving me the runaround.
I had an Investment Policy that had been going for a few years with these guys. I lost my job because of the covid19 pandemic so I asked for a payment holiday to which they could not provide so I requested to cancel my policy and get my encashement, I provided the required documents and completed the form. I have called several times to get my money but there is always a reason not to payout, I have spend so much money on calls alone being put on hold every single time. After several complaints my matter was transferred to Pretty Khumalo and Vernon Padiachy a supervisor who assured me my documents where in order and I was going to get my encashment, instead of getting a payout they take another debit order or R757.50 I only realized they had taken money when my card got declined in the supermarket, on the encashment form I stated that I wanted to terminate the policy. I just wish they kept the same level of professionalism they showed me when signing me up and asking me to increase my premiums when in comes to cashing up. No one has been able to assist me not even the supervisor, I have now accepted that I might never get my money back.
