What an absolute pathetic company do deal with. I bought a bed on Lay-Buy and paid on their website with my card. Settled it on their website with my card and when I called in to find out when they will deliver my bed I get told there is money outstanding and I should send them proof of payments. I had sent one on the 27th of June for a payment made in June and today is the 10th of July and it has still not been allocated. Sent through all the payment receipts on Monday and I am currently holding on the line as it has still not been allocated. What an absolute joke of a company. I can fully understand if it was EFT payments but If I pay on your website with my card using your payment gateway how can it take almost 2 months to allocate a payment, Team leaders/Managers simply do not reply to your emails and no one can assist. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SLEEPMASTERS!

Lancet is pathetic. I just received a call on MY OWN number asking to speak to my mother to find out if she knows me!!!!!!! Whatttttttttt the Hell!!! I have an account outstanding since June and it is now with a collections agent. I was asked if I am aware of the account and when I said no and that I want proof where these idiots actually contacted me via email, sms or even a call that I have money outstanding he told me that he will request they email me my statement and then proceeded to confirm my email address of a company where I worked 19 years ago!!!! Please tell me why we then fill in your stupid forms every time of your staff is not competent enough to update details!!!!!! Worst part is I have a huge amount of tests done for my family where I am the main member on the medical aid and you tell me not once did these people see that my details are incorrect?
What an absolute please dealing with Vanessa Naidoo in your claims department. This lady need a raise, bonus or award or maybe all 3. If only all Discovery staff could learn from her. Excellent service Vanessa!!!!!
