Poor communication with Clients. Lack of accountability. They provide good results, even though they never stick to the promised job completion schedules.

CAR WARRANTY NIGHTMARE
They don't tell you that they don't cover the fuel pump, water pump and power steering pump. This you will only discover when you have a mechanical breakdown, pay to have a mechanic strip the faulty part for quotation and submit all their required documents. These parts are not part of the suspension (which ONLY they, do not cover) and they can't justify their non-cover. What a rip-off!!!!!
