Poor service delivery, the potholes in Thaba Nchu is a problem and no efforts are made, damaging the tires of vehicles with no compensation, now there was a new park build it's been vandalised due to lack of security, what a waste of tax money. There is no main roads without potholes,even townhouses roads it's a disaster..we intervention from relevant parties.
I had placed an order online, which allowed me to select delivery to all provinces including the rates to free state. After the order, I received an email from Rea that I need to pay R5k for delivery to Free State as is the area they do not cover. I went further to write an email to seek confirmation of specific areas within the Free State thier deliveries cover, so we can arrange pick up from that location. I had to request them to then deliver to Gauteng after no assistance it was provided to me. I am really disappointed as they misleading the customers without taking accountability or doing something about it. Their website is misleading yoh..
I am really disappointed on how rhwy dealt with the of full tank. I returned the car on full tank, and I was also charged for another full tank at OR Tambo International Airport Avis. Tried to explain but I had to accept the charge due to unfair explanation. I then returned the car and my deposit was still not returned the vehicle. I visited the branch to confirm if the deposit had been released and they said yes. Further asked me if I did not extend the rental and I responded by saying NO. Someone is not doing the job and end up frustrating us as clients.I then approached the bank . The bank indicated that AVIS is still holding the deposit and need to seek assistance from AVIS to release the funds, I'm not sure why AVIS has not done anything to date. Am starting to be frustrated
I took my car for service and later started experiencing issues with the vehicle, At 1st it was the vehicle unable to unlock, secondly the rear camera, boot and rear wipers not working. At the time am using my cost to drive up and down for these issues to be resolved. Had to even use Uber as it really a frustration from thier end. Am however, waiting for parts until Monday for the vehicle to be repaired. Am not sure what wrong really..but I would not recommend this dealership Am really not happy about this...
I saw this company online approached them and paid deposit. However, my challenge was she expected me to pay full amount without service being rendered. At the end she dropped in the last minute cos I did not agree with her last minute demands. Becareful, this is Gauteng were people can be ****med. Her tone was out of lune saying how d I expect her to buy food. She is an established company, she cannot expect this from client.
Immediately after my post online. Cielo delivered products same day, I also received sms's for tracker. Thanks Cielo for speedy response. Much appreciated 👏 💐 🥳
I share the same sentiment as Bheki about online Cielo. Imagine in 2024 a furniture retailer who sells premium service should have all the tools to allow tracking and updating of customers about deliveries. I called and I was told there is backorder and when I follow up for delivery estimates , Zaneth takes me back and forth. It was confimed as available in JHB Warehouse. As sson as I made the payment "Boom... sorry Sir it is no longer available in JHB " no dates communicated. I am still waiting for my order ,yet told it will be delivered around 13:00, no notification or driver details. IN SA today every company that ships will have order updates ,not with Cielo. Yet a premium furniture outlet goes on radio silence until you call them. And when you call them you get the most wishy washy response like... "our normal delivery is 7-14 days or our system does not work like that". But where is the item right now? Where is the tracking number? Even Takealot has this stuff. I would suggest firing all the useless and lazy people and get someone to implement a proper logistics system at this company. This people are taking down Cielo. Apolgy at this point would not work. Its really frustrating and dispointing. I ordered 3 somwthing from Leroy, Makro, and Salon 500 and they even delivered before Cielo. please use reputable couriers with digital tracking and updates on deliveries, what is happening right now is a total nonsense.I really not going to recommend this online to anyone you will be buying at your own risk. You are going to regret. They don't take customers crus.
I would recommend them to any stranded vehicle owners, in two incidents, they have done exceptional job. Updating clients frequently
It took 3 months for the car to be repaired but am happy about the results. Phindi was amazing
NSFAS claim I am owing R61K which I had no acess to and have never used.They have handed my account to the attorneys even after I have furnished them the proof that the university (Central University of Technology) has reversed the funds to NSFAS. I have tried on multiple occasions to report this to NSFAS but they keep on ignoring my emails which includes the proof and focus on the amount they claim I am owing, now the account is in areas.
