I bought a lounge suite (leather)from SuCasa, in less than a year they started cracking and tearing apart, went back to the shop to inform them about what had transpired, they demanded a receipt which we could locate at that time. eventually we managed to get hold of the receipt, they accepted it and loaned us another lounge suite while they were having a look at the default. It’s been over a year, we are still waiting for a positive feedback
