I PURCHASED THE SHAPE SHORTS ON 20 DEC. 2024. FIRSTLY, THEY PAYMENT WAS MORE THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. UP UNTILL TODAY 4 FEB 2025I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHAPE SHORTS... I SEND EMAILS YOU DON'T GET REPLY. WHERE ARE OUR PURCHASES WHY NOT RECEIVED YET..... IF I LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.... THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT RECEIVED THE SAME SERVICE AS I DID.... THIS IS BULL.... HOW DO WE GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY OTHER THAN THE EMAIL service@dibberd.com......

5 calls from Woolworth Finance department saying my account is in arrears. I made 2 payments in April proof of payments was send to Woolworths. 1 payment was for April the other one for May they decide to allocate both to April. Tjey will correct it on there side. But still i get calls that my account is in arrears. I pay more than im suppose to pay every month but they dont see that. Now i owe them because they allocated both payments to 1 month. I am sick and tired of this service i get from Woolworths. Why dont they bother people that are for lots of months in arrears. My account is not in arrears. Fix it if one more operator calls me regarding this...
