I ordered the shorts, got bands. Sent email to services email address. No response. They also charged me and extra R150 for no reason. This is a ****. Don't order form them. They should be blocked o all platforms.

This is a **** on Facebook. I bought x2 tights for the amount of R500 on the 20th December 2024. Was charged almost R800. I still have not receive my tights and no responses to emails up to date. This is a **** dont fall for it.

I PURCHASED THE SHAPE SHORTS ON 20 DEC. 2024. FIRSTLY, THEY PAYMENT WAS MORE THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. UP UNTILL TODAY 4 FEB 2025I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHAPE SHORTS... I SEND EMAILS YOU DON'T GET REPLY. WHERE ARE OUR PURCHASES WHY NOT RECEIVED YET..... IF I LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.... THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT RECEIVED THE SAME SERVICE AS I DID.... Bad service, and tracking a parcel is just as bad, they all just want payments. its almost a month and no delivery, they do not have contactable people and they do not respond to emails

This company (DIBBERD.COM) is a complete ****. They advertise on Facebook and send promotional emails every single day, but they simply ignore my complaint to them. I have ordered (and so dis many other people!!!) a cream from them on 28 Dec 2024. When I checked my credit card charge, I saw that they charged two seperate amount which amount to me being overcharged by over R500. They simply ignore my multiple emails to them and I get no updates from them regarding my parcel either. Still haven't received it. They claim it's send from a warehouse in SA, but in fact, it's sent from China. I had to block and cancel my credit card immediately when I saw that I was overcharged, needless to say the inconvenience this caused. I also logged a ***** case with my bank. PLEASE EVERY ONE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Look on the Facebook page ****s South Africa and you'll see everyone that's been ****med in the same way. One poor lady was overcharged by R20,000!!!
