This company (DIBBERD.COM) is a complete ****. They advertise on Facebook and send promotional emails every single day, but they simply ignore my complaint to them. I have ordered (and so dis many other people!!!) a cream from them on 28 Dec 2024. When I checked my credit card charge, I saw that they charged two seperate amount which amount to me being overcharged by over R500. They simply ignore my multiple emails to them and I get no updates from them regarding my parcel either. Still haven't received it. They claim it's send from a warehouse in SA, but in fact, it's sent from China. I had to block and cancel my credit card immediately when I saw that I was overcharged, needless to say the inconvenience this caused. I also logged a ***** case with my bank. PLEASE EVERY ONE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Look on the Facebook page ****s South Africa and you'll see everyone that's been ****med in the same way. One poor lady was overcharged by R20,000!!!
